I am MCwalker_121202 and I'm absolutely thrilled to be joining this amazing forum and to finally introduce myself. As a newbie here, I wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt hello and share a little bit about myself.
I've been working as a technician for about a year now, and it's been such an exciting and rewarding journey so far. I've learned so much in this short time, but I know there's still a ton more to discover, which is why I'm so excited to be part of this community. I'm here to learn from all of your experiences, share my own insights (however small they may be at this point!), and hopefully contribute to the discussions in a meaningful way.
I've already browsed through some of the threads, and I'm truly impressed by the wealth of knowledge, support, and camaraderie here. It's clear that this is a place where people genuinely care about helping each other grow, and that's exactly the kind of environment I've been looking for.
So, thank you in advance for welcoming me into your community! I'm eager to connect with all of you, ask questions, share ideas, and maybe even make some new friends along the way. If there's anything I should know as a new member, or if you have any tips for navigating the forum, I'd greatly appreciate your advice.
Here's to new beginnings, shared knowledge, and a lot of great conversations ahead! I'm so happy to be here and can't wait to get to know you all better.

Hi Peta! I struggled a lot to post a reply, since I was many time far away from forums lol. I'm an Electronic Technician. Honestly I have a poor experience about 16 years back from today. I'm from Argentina. From my experience I have to say that it was difficult to me to work in that profession than today I think. But if I still working of that I think that y love that profession afer all. Now I'm working in the IT area, and I have a lot of questions about Hardware. I espect to help somebody from my humble position. Have a nice day.

Hi guys!
I'm bojtossapka and I fix motherboards and sometimes videocards. I've been thinkering with electronics for more than 20 years, I love the hardware, but I don't like where the industry is going, more and more device getting less and less repairable or just doesn't worth fixing them.
I worked with camras, drones, IT and embedded systems, but the PC is where I feel home.

Hello all!
I'm Ray! 34, from smack dab in the middle of the US. Grew up with dial-up, MSN messenger, yahoo chat rooms, limewire...you name it! Crashed several computers back in the day.
In 2022, I started working at Staples, with little to no knowledge of updated technology. With the desire to know what I am selling to customers, I dove head first; emerging myself in everything I could soak up.
Mostly use Windows, dabble a little with Apple. Have a decent selection of devices now....so I am thankful to have found this forum and for all of the help!
