I'm Ray! 34, from smack dab in the middle of the US. Grew up with dial-up, MSN messenger, yahoo chat rooms, limewire...you name it! Crashed several computers back in the day.

In 2022, I started working at Staples, with little to no knowledge of updated technology. With the desire to know what I am selling to customers, I dove head first; emerging myself in everything I could soak up.

Mostly use Windows, dabble a little with Apple. Have a decent selection of devices now....so I am thankful to have found this forum and for all of the help!...
