Hello good people! My name is Nate and I am from the Philippines. I am a newbie in computer repair, therefore I have nothing to boast about. I am in desperate need of your mentorship and help. Please let me know if you have free lessons. It is just hard to get a proper education about laptop repair here in the Philippines without paying too much money which is I do not have. Thank you and I am hoping to learn from you.Comment

Hello everyone,
I've been on this forum for a while, but this is my first time posting. I'm not a professional in the industry, just an amateur enthusiast. I came across this forum while searching for information to repair an HP computer.
I've learned a lot about BIOS technology here, and I'm truly grateful! I hope that one day, I'll have the opportunity to contribute and give back to this community.
Thank you all!

hi guys,
a little about me, let me introduce myself, I am an informatics and electronics engineer, I have been doing this for 30 years, I used to make random components, well maybe it started as a hobby too, because curiosity wanted to be explored until it became a necessity too. Greetings and nice to meet you allComment

Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the Badcaps forum and excited to join this community of electronics repair enthusiasts! I have some experience with basic soldering and component replacement, but I'm still learning when it comes to troubleshooting and board-level repairs.
Currently, I'm working on an iPod Shuffle 1st Gen that has a power issue. While replacing the battery, a small component fell off the board, and I'm unsure of its correct orientation for reinstallation. I'm hoping to get some advice on identifying and properly soldering it back in place.
I'd appreciate any guidance, and I'm happy to share pictures if needed. Looking forward to learning from you all and contributing where I can!
Best regards,
