Hi everyone! I've been an Apple user for a long time, and now I finally have the time to dive into something I'm passionate about—fixing old Apple devices. My goal is to help keep these devices out of the trash and give them a second life so others can use and enjoy them. Looking forward to learning and sharing with this community! Hoping that with the knowledge I learn here I can do basic troubleshooting on other devices.

Hello everyone, I'm from Australia, G'day!
I'm a bit shitty with my daughters $1000.- laptop breaking down after 18 months and am now trying to learn about laptops and fixing it myself. I quite enjoy playing around with it and in the meantime (I think it might take me a while to figure out what is wrong with it), I managed to replace the screen of an old I-Pad that had been lying around for years and I managed to clean an extremely old and dusty (on the inside) laptop and got it going on the internet again by replacing the operating system on it, I think it had Windows 7 and nothing would work anymore through this OS. So, you won't be able to learn anything from me about computers. Hope you won't mind!Comment
