Hello,
I came across the forum by accident) magical Google helped.
1_ I was impressed by the initial page - I read fascinating descriptions of eachone - empirically)), the forum has existed since 2003 - then I was a 3rd year student at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" at the Faculty of Informatics and Computer Engineering, and I didn't succeed as a programmer, but I was constantly hanging out on the resubmission and looking for different ways so as not to be expelled. Such is student life. Therefore, currently I am the Head of the Suport Department in a product IT company - where the main goal is: improving and filtering for viability of old processes, and most importantly, the search for new solutions - and I get a kick out of it ))) nothing has changed from my student yers. I just continue to develop in this ... so I am constantly looking for new challenges.
2_ Father of two sons: an athlete and a cybersportsman)) like Yin and Yang, such impressions that I was divided in half into a homogeneous substance while strengthening the characteristics of each twice.
3_ I adore sports and cannot live without it. I play Beach Tennis and Padel Tennis.
4_ Let's go back to the beginning - why am I now at midnight sitting at the old PC (until recently it was just a solid, non-working rectangular object) of my cybersportsman son - he broke it once. A week ago I repaired it myself, and before that, about three weeks ago I assembled a new Gaming PC for him myself. At the same time, I have never done it before )) But I liked it the most. The moment came when I decided to update my old work laptop and it became more interesting for me to dig deeper and remember my past student years of AutoCAD and circuit engineering and simply deepen my knowledge of how hardware works))
5_ And yet why am I here? ... three weeks ago, playing Padel tennis, I tore my Achilles tendon (so everyday life changed radically and life gives a new challenge to the constantly restless, active Me))))
I want to learn new things, but I don't promise to teach anyone)))
Hey! I'm JSON Repair. The JSON is not based off the file format, just the way that I shortened my name as a kid. It made me chuckle when I properly got into using computers so it's stuck with me. I'm very new to board repair (I've only practised on an already very old and very dead PS3 board), but I've been doing laptop, phone, and tablet repair generally for a few years. I'm a young adult, Autistic, and I adore learning. Been hoping to learn how to do board repair, and I've finally found this forum. Hoping it'll be helpful!
I primarily use Apple devices, and I've been getting into Linux as well because I enjoy the suffering it causes. I've mostly gotten my play-tech as hand-me-downs from other people who are moving away from tinkering, since I'm not the most employable person in the world. Hoping this can help change that, but even if it can't I'm happy to learn.
Nothing much about me, im a self taught neurodivergent (ADHD) guy from Norway, I am always learning by doing, and love tinkering with stuff i don't know until i understand how it works, this can be programming, electronics, DIY arduino and similar things, I love science and technology.
Howdy guys! I'm a hardware guy from the bay area. Ive been disassembling computers and basically any electronic since i was 8 🤣 I'm here to """hopefully""" become the new user of a decommissioned Precision 5550 with a locked BIOS 🙃
I love to learn new things, especially when it helps me come to a deeper understanding about how the technology we use everyday works.
I'm AJ and I am just a guy who wants to fix my laptop badly. I need this laptop for work and I don't have much money to buy a new one. I found a very helpful thread here and I want to see if that will help me on my problem. Thank you for creating this community! Hope to learn a lot from you guys!
