Samsung hp-s5033 continuous vertical red lines

I have a samsung hp-s5033 pdp on all inputs there are thin broekn red vertical lines running the entire panel.
When I go into the service menu and pull up the LBE patterns the lines do not display and the patterns are perfect.
When I pull up the pdp test patterns out of the service menu the lines are not there, and the patterns are perfect.
When I pull up the screen burn protection out of the main menus the pattern is perfect as well.

There is an led on the logic board that blinks every 1/2 second.

This is leading me to believe that its either an issue with the logic main board (BN96-03366A) or the main board (BN94-00971B).

The service manual leads me to believe that its the logic main, but I am confused by its terminology of regular abnormal pattern.

What I am having a hard time understanding is where are the test patterns being generated and how can I test the logic and main boards to single out the failure.

Below are some pictures of the display with signal and without. full screen and close up.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Scott

The pictures don't really tell me a lot (other than the fact you didn't read the FAQ). Usually the plasma panel and the TV are built by two different companies., or in this case, by two different divisions of the same company. The fact that the red lines are not present on menu items tells me that the plasma panel and it's support cards are not the problem. Details vary depending on the age of the TV, but often there is a single board that includes the input connectors, tuner, and all the video processing circuitry AND the control circuitry. So when you hit the 'Menu' button the signal comes from the control circuitry rather than from the inputs. The problem is somewhere on that board. If you can find the service manual, you should have the schematic for it.

        Screen Display Vertical Multicolor Lines
        by Stanley1843
Hello, I have a screen in where sometimes when I open it pop-up vertical multicolor lines (I would say the most of them are green). If I tun off and turn on the screen the lines dissapear or if I leave open the screen after approximately five minutes the lines gone. I measured the below voltages on the main PCB and on the T-CON board and the voltages are the same when it doesn’t display the vertical lines and when it displays the vertical lines. Also, I cleaned all the connectors very good with IPA. I moved back and forth the connectors and the COF tabs but the vertical lines didn't displayed...

Colorful LCD Vertical Lines on Samsung ue55es8090
        by Falki
Hello there, ive recently found an older 55inch Samsung SmartTV.
Sadly it has vertical lines at the left and one line in the middle-right.

I have already tested out the connections and have looked at the soldered ribbons of the LCD panel to see if some contacts got loose by pushing them a bit but with no success.
I have factory resetted the TV as well but also with no luck.

I am afraid that it is indeed a LCD Panel issue but there are NO scratches or any impact-marks..

A similar issue has been posted as well but also with no actual response ...

1/3rd of screen black with occasional vertical lines - repair attempt for learning! - Kogan KALED58RT9220SVA

Thanks for offering your assistance with this. I'm an electronics enthusiast with moderate level of competence (have a decent lab with two power supplies, microscope, DSO, hot air, good iron, can competently work at a component level on SMDs, design and solder own PCBs etc). I really enjoying fixing things and learning new stuff so took up a free 58" LED TV and have been googling and watching Youtube videos to see if I can fix this! I am happy to go down to individual component replacement/strip replacement etc - it's all in the name of learning.

The issues are as follows: the...
