LG OLED model 65B7V starts up with green screen for a few seconds then shuts down.
Can this be a sign of shorted ceramic caps in the T-con ?

i would start with testing the panel as standalone for more than 10 minutes .. but yours hand should be ready with fire extinguisher. .
