Check the main fuse, then check the components in the standby circuit.

Zombie Samsung UN55NU6900F dead / no standby voltage - randomly came to life after hours of troubleshooting then died
        by tvguy12012012120
This is my first attempt at troubleshooting a board like this, I know I could just buy a new board but I'm curious to figure out how this works. I've been testing different components in the evenings this week and I think the problem is with the IC failing to start up for some reason. When the board is plugged in there is no standby voltage.

Then today it randomly sprung to life like a zombie but shortly died thereafter. I have no idea why it would have done that and its the first time I've seen it running. I discharged capacitors on the board last night, then it was sitting today....

        Samsung UN55KU6300F no standby voltage
        by x_orange90_x
I have no standby indicator light and no light on the optical port. I checked the standby voltage on the two mosfets in the top left and they both read 30mV. I checked the fuse and it has continuity. I also checked the voltage on the two large 450v caps they both read 153v. All of these voltages are the same with and without the main board connected as well as with backlights connected/disconnected.

Nothing looks obvious like a burned ceramic disc cap or bulged electrolytic. No burned resistors, diodes, or anything like that....

Samsung LE32S81B - missing standby voltage
        by Sportline
Good day, instead of Q0165R I mistakenly put 24C256 (don't ask me how) and made a short circuit. After I put Q0165R I don't have stand by voltage again. There is no voltage on the cold side. I found the schematic.

I checked a few things but didn't find anything. When I checked the DB802 diode, it showed a short circuit, but when I unsoldered one leg, it looked fine, and I still have a short circuit on its contacts. On the other side of the board, I have DZB801 also shorted, but it is SOT23, so I didn't remove it, do you think it could be connected to it? Could there be some protection...

Samsung 60" Plasma TV, Blinking Standby LED
        by rju
A sports bar/restaurant with ~40 Samsung Plasma TVs. This is the 2nd TV that has a blinking standby LED. I'd like to learn how to repair these TVs because I'd guess that over time more and more of them will develop this symptom. My hope is to repair the bad PCB, however if that's not realistic then I'd replace the bad PCB.

        Model PN60F5300AF, Type PN60F5300, Model Code PN60F5300AFXZA

Upon applying power, the red standby is steady. When I tap the power button, the standby LED immediately blinks twice, then it blinks once ~ every 4 secs. Also, Upon applying power, the...
