    Samsung power board BN96-03775A

Hi guys, I'm trying to fix a Samsung LCD TV board.
    Power Board is Model BN96-03775A.
When I connect to the 220v mains, the blue light flashes.
I tried to measure the voltages: 24v, 13v, 12v and 5v are missing but 5.8v standby is present.
I removed the card from the TV and connected a 1000 ohm resistor between STBY and PS / On to simulate switching on with load.
On the CP812 terminals there are 309v so the PFC is not working.
There are 396v on the cathode of DS801.
On the cathode of DS803 there are 33v and on DS802 12v.
I checked diode bridge BD801S OK, mosfet QP801S OK and diode DP819 ok. On the cold side of the anode and cathode of the optocouplers there are 5.8v.
I ask for help to find the problem: what can I measure and test in search of the fault?
I attach the schematic part of the service manual: in black there are the voltages when I connect the mains, in red when I connect a 1000 ohm resistor between PS / ON and STBY. Thanks for any help!
    Nicola

Your PFC is assembled on TDA4863, check its VCC power supply, there were cases when the QS802 transistor was leaking, and as a result, the VCC power supply was lowered.

You also need to check the garlands of resistors, each must be evaporated and its resistance checked.

Thanks for your reply, Lota. At Pin VCC 8 of TDA4863 there are 9.48v, as in the emitter of QS802: Do you recommend me to check QS802? Ok to try all the resistances you indicated in the diagram.

          Your Vcc is too low.

Hi, this is my personal laptop, which the original board (lets call it Board A) blew up PU8700 (TPS51486), making a hole on the board, i had left the laptop at my desk one day with the battery fully charged and didn't touch it for a week, but when i tried to turn it on it didn't
Thought the battery was dead, so i plugged in the charger then tried to power on, the power LED blinked once, charged LED still orange, unplugged the charger, plugged in again and I noticed the "magic smoke" smell, so i unplugged the charger, removed the back cover and saw the blown IC (the "magic...

Upgrading a Samsung ue55nu7096u with logic board from an ue55ru7105k -- good idea?
            by ohren
I hope this is the right forum to post in despite not technically being a repair, but still a question of swapping boards.

I thought I'd explore the possibility to upgrade an existing working Samsung ue55nu7096u with the logic board (and power board if needed) of a newer model (ue55ru7105k) of the same size and appearance (and resolution). The reason being I'd like the extra inputs of that board including component in, an extra HDMI port and bluetooth. Its panel is broken so I have no use for the board otherwise.

The models launched in 2018 and 2019 respectively....

            Samsung Power Supply Board BN44-00874F
            by Nicktronic
            Hey everyone,

This power supply board is hard to find but there are repair kits available. This board had a blown fuse, FP801S, blown PFC MOSFET, QP802CS and ceramic cap, CP809. I replaced them with parts I already had and tested the rest of the parts that would've come in the repair kit and they were fine. I powered the board up on the bench expecting, in typical Samsung power supply board fashion, to see all my output voltages but, nothing. 0 volts on CNL801, CNM801 and CNT801. The only thing I have is 170vdc on the filter caps. No standby voltage either.

            Anybody...
