    RCA RTU6549 - need CV3458H-A, 7.T3458HA1000.0008 firmware

    Hi does anyone have firmware for RTU6549-MAIN-V2 RCA Main Board, CV3458H-A, 7.T3458HA1000.0008
    I got a Version 1 CV3458H-A, 7.T3458HA1000.0003 off ebay for 30.00 and popped it in and board works but about every 20 or 30 minutes tv loses input signal and have to flip HDMI source than back to get picture up again. Probably from not being the same board as original which has lost its HDMI port signals won't work.
    They are practically identical. Anyone know if I flash the 7.T3458HA1000.0003 board with the 7.T3458HA1000.0008 firmware should work? Thanks for any help.

      I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

      Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

      I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

      The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

      With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

      Recently I've gotten into EC flashing due to my broken laptop(s) and started frantically searching methods for flashing the IT5571E-128 chip on the cheap(due to me beaing a student and not having a job) and noticed that ITE newer chips can be flashed via ISP (In-System Programming) either via SMBus or the KBC (EPP - Enhanced Parallel Port) interface. While these can be achieved with programmers like SVOD4/3 or the RT809H/F those options are WAYYY out of my budget so I was horrified. But recently I stumbled uppon some programmers on aliexpress that claim they can program a variety of ITE chips...

      All left and right refers to looking from rear of TV (or looking from front with TV upside down)
      • TV came with vertical bars and no image. Found faulty TVS on left buffer board. Also replaced T-Con (may have damaged the original while hot air removing components, board has slight warp) and have full image but few horizontal lines on the screen. Some of the lines appears to be 2 pixel tall while others are 1 pixel tall.
      • Disconnecting left and right buffer board potentially reveals problems on both sides with different signals (unless this T-Con require jumper like Samsung FB_TRDY1&3) Fault

      Hi all,
      I’m trying to recover a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7-14ARE05 with board DA0LS3MBAF0 Rev:F. I’ve run into an unusual issue where USB-C PD is stuck at 4.7–5V and the system won’t boot (keyboard lights flash briefly, then nothing).
      🔥 The Problem Started After Suspected ESD/PD Fault
      I experienced a power issue or ESD event through a USB-C charger
      After that, the NX20P5090 power switch was visibly burned and was replaced
      Now the PD controller always negotiates 5V @ 2A, even with known-good chargers
