Yes, that is one of the meters that supposedly puts out enough voltage to forward a 6V LED. That's a very pricey meter and you won't find many having that in their tool box. I looked at the spec sheet for the meter but couldn't quite nail down what the voltage was but in the thread below it is stated as 7.9VDC.

I finally found a thread where someone actually measured the LED voltage on the E65-E3, not sure why I had trouble finding it but it suggests measured voltage should be 42V, which seems very reasonable.
