Might be worth stating why, or why you think, you need the dump.

I had a 50" blaupunkt tv that I believe needed fw, emailed UMC Company who were very helpful and provided an update (only an update i.e not the full flash), unfortunately it made matters worse. I believe it was due to a faulty/failing Nand chip and had to source a replacement board in the end.

Its possible your board has a nand and a spi i.c.

These TP.MSD boards aren't cheap, guess its because nands aren't easy to copy or dump and transfer fw. If you have an RT809H programmer or similar you could probably do it unless anyone knows any different.
