Please help

First it started with the tv working fine for about 20-30 minutes. Then it would start getting moving horizontal lines and extreme dimming on the one side. I did some research and it pointed me to a bad main board but also some people said bad power supply board. After the last test I did, the tv would no longer turn on and was giving the 2-5 code
So I found a good deal on a power board and it came in today. I replaced the board. No luck. Still 2-5 code.
Then I did some more research and found a test where I was told to take the ribbons out one by one from the tcon board. (Picture 1) .. well when the furthest left ribbon was removed, the tv came on, but obviously with not a great picture.
After reading some more in the forums, I was directed towards removing the side panel corner ribbon (picture 2)... Well I did and with that ribbon removed and all 4 tcon ribbons connected the tv came on with a not so great picture obviously on the side the ribbon was unplugged from.(picture 3)
Can someone please help me? What's the issue here? Can it be fixed? And if so how do I fix it (explaining in dummy format)?
