Fault with Toshiba 40L6353D LED TV

Hi guys, i have a fault with the above listed model number where the tv when plugged in goes a solid green for 4-5 seconds then a solid red.. pressing power button doesnt do anything. tested PSU seems fine. anyone have similar issue and can help resolve ?

i have also added a video link, the green light on AV board gives a flash of 3 green lights then a pause before repeating. possible for this to mean anything ?

any help is greatly appreciated.

Test to try, with power cord unplugged, UNHOOK cable from powerboard to mainboard, jumper about a 1k resistor from pin 13 POWER_TV to pin 10 5v1 and another resistor from pin 14 BL ON to pin 10 5v1, plug the power cord into powerboard, see if the backlights come on and stay on.

do they need to be a certain wattage or will any do ?

I guess about 1/4 to 1k or there about, can be done with just jumper wires but best policy is a resistor so there's no accidental contact with the wrong pins and such, which might damage something.

So are you saying that the power supply is getting all the correct control signals from the main board?

I will check again. So i am testing the voltages coming from the mainboard to PSU ?

Try test number 3 below, show your results for each pin as described, #2 is a simple video if needed.
