need a service manual and maybe some firmware dumps.
customer says it's in a boot-loop and 2years old shouldnt be enough for bad caps!

well the tv is important to the owner because it belonged to a family member who died!
so time/parts are not an issue - just finding what needs to be done!

Not sure where you are but that's the results for I believe it said Belgium and France or it's in French or sum such, can put other countries in there in the drop-down menu: https://www.sony.be/fr/electronics/s...d-/kd-43x8305c

well the problem from what i'v heard is that it resets before you get a chance to factory-reset or upgrade the thing!
i asked him to take a photo of the psu - i'm not expecting bad caps on such a new tv, but who knows.
gota be worth a look!

i have not seen the tv yet because the guys family have bought into the "lockdown" hype.
