Insignia NS-55D510NA19 backlight problem

This Tv came in with no backlights, audio was fine and with the flashlight test it showed the image was fine. Took measurements at led connector CNB801 and nothing. The backlights came on fine using a backlight tester so I pulled the combo PS/Main and put the board under the microscope and found a blown resistor at R8310, blown cap at C6316 and after replacing both she fired up fine. Before you assume it's the backlights look very close especially in this section.

That is R/C snubber for the MOSFET, good find.

What is the voltage for the CNB801 going to the backlight lights. I have 45.5 volts Dc.
Also what voltage do i need to test each strip #303T C550033
