TV clicks on with a solid white indicator and clicks off with the indicator off.
- CN6401 Socket (PS to Main) shows up 12V when clicks on then goes to 0V when clicks off
- CN6801 Socket (LED + to Backlight) shows up to 90V then drops back to 70V even with the standby indicator off
- CN6082 Socket (LED -) is just 0V
- Backlight is good, I removed the panel and injected current into the LED+ socket to LED- and every section of the edge lit LEDs light up.
Does anyone have the service manual to this TV? I know previous XBR models would flash a sequence indicating an issue.

You have 8 LED strings, so all -OUT 1 ~ - OUT 8 show 0V every time you turn on the TV if you leave the black probe of the meter on the chassis and Red probe on each one of the -OUT pin when TV is turn on?

According to the Voltage chart, the LED power supply Voltage is supposed to be able to put out 117V up to 1A.
If you disconnect the LED connector CN6801, then keep the black probe on the chassis, Red probe on +OUT 1 then turn the TV on, how high does the Voltage jump up to before it goes back down to 70V? Repeat the same test on +OUT 2 ~ 4.
You also need to report the Voltage on each pin of CN6401, YOU MUST PUT DOWN THE PIN NAME AND FOLLOW BY THE VOLTAGE READING FOR EACH PIN WHEN TV IS OFF AND WHEN POWER SWITCH IS ACTIVATED. We need to see what is there and no there on those pins.
Please also upload good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards.
What is the history of the TV? Did the problem start by itself?
