Hey, im having trouble with my tv. I turn it on shows the blues screen and that's it. It doesn't show any picture or sound.just blue, not even the "no signal" sign. so i did some research and found a guy repairing different tv with the exact same problem on youtube. Click here to see that vid
so i opened up my tv and this is my first time really learning about caps. i feel some popped up and some not popped up.heres a image . so i guess im suppose to change the green ones , should i change em all? and how would i know wich ones to buy to replace?

) will cross reference them to part numbers from a reputable manufacturer or stock numbers from either DigiKey or Mouser. (If you are not in the USA, let us know). Personally, I prefer Panasonic FM or FC series from DigiKey because of the known reliability of Panasonic and the low cost shipping option of Digikey. As a rough guess, it will cost $10 - $15 to replace all of the caps you have circled.

No. Circuit City went out of business over a year ago, and the company that bought the name doesn't have a brick and mortar storefront. Radio Shack has changed it's name to 'The Shack' to disassociate itself from it's past. While they still sell components that could generously be called capacitors, they are not of the proper value, voltage, or ESR rating to serve your purposes.
