This appears to be a Costco Canada version of UN55F7100AF.
When the power button is pressed, the tv attempts to turn on, the front led blinks in but there is no video and no backlight. Unplugging the cable between the main board and power supply board, the backlight comes on. In this scenario with no backlight, the main board is usually suspect. I found a repair service on ebay and sent them the board but they indicated the board was working. When I got the main board back, I was able to get the TV to turn on with one side disconnected which indicates a panel fault. Checking the chip caps on the bad side, I measure 13 ohms on multiple caps. It's going to be difficult to track down the short on that side since the caps are all 0402 or 0603.
