    samsung model number UN55FH6200FXZA Tv

    I am no TV repair person...more like a parts changer so here goes...

    I have a samsung model number UN55FH6200FXZA Tv. When you try to turn the tv on the standby light blinks a pattern of three double blinks pauses then does three double blinks and so on. I have obvious back lights when and only when I unplug the cord that connects the power board to the main board. I have now changed the main board as well as the t con board. Tv still does the same thing and blinks to the same pattern. I don't see how it could be the power board as I have lights. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

      Try with tv unplugged from power, unhook one side of ribbon connector from tcon to panel, usually the little black clip just flips up with a fingernail, never force anything, plug tv in see what if anything is displayed, then do the same for the other side, they suggest to not unplug any cables or anything while tv power is plugged in so as not to accidentally short anything out.

          Please upload good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing the boards so we can see what we are dealing with.

              Tv hasn't been sprayed with any liquids or anything like that?

                      I hope this is the right forum to post in despite not technically being a repair, but still a question of swapping boards.

                      I thought I'd explore the possibility to upgrade an existing working Samsung ue55nu7096u with the logic board (and power board if needed) of a newer model (ue55ru7105k) of the same size and appearance (and resolution). The reason being I'd like the extra inputs of that board including component in, an extra HDMI port and bluetooth. Its panel is broken so I have no use for the board otherwise.

                      The models launched in 2018 and 2019 respectively....
