    Samsung UN55H7150FXZA Dim Picture

    Hello,

A family member brought me a TV that initially had an issue with a completely dimmed top half back light issue. Flashlight test proved picture was there. When i received it and powered it on. The middle backlight was dimmed, but the Top and bottom appear 100% illuminated. I haven't had experience with power supplies combined as inverters and i'm unsure how to check the voltages to determine power supply issues or backlight issues. Pictures of the power supply are attached. The inverter cables are disconnected as i was measuring voltage for the + pins both plugged in and not plugged in.
Sorry for the shadows, if needed i can re-take photos.

The LED Driver seems to be working. You would have to open up the Panel and replace the LED strips with new ones.

That was my first thought, but as i have little experience with the back light and the symptoms kind of flipped i wanted to be sure there was not more troubleshooting I should be doing.
