samsung un32j4000 dim picture.

I have 32" samsung un32j4000 the picture settings backlight is set on 20 its highest level.The picture is very dull.There is one led out of 21 that is gone , 106 volts on circuit with lamps on.I assume 1 lamp dead would cause this?

You can only change the LED that is bad, but the ideal is to change them all.
