hi .. problem SC and SS on my mainboard, for test ribbon disconnect on sc (a20) and ss (a40) tv start on but I have no voltage from 0v to 2v but I have my 5v and 15v .. give nothing the output t6vn9xbg-0001(ic9300) .. it is problem or other chip ic5000 thanks help me :-) my board SC and SS is good and i have voltage 0.5v a 2v a31 and a32 is ok ..

no one has ever repaired this mainboard !!

Take the metal cover off the bga chip and look at the corners for a " blow out".
