    32ME303V/F7 BA4AFPG0201 1 Type F or G

ok, So I've got this PS/MB all in 1 PCB on the bench and I'm stumped,
With only the AC power cord hooked to the PCB and monitoring the 21V rail and monitoring the 13V rail..
These voltages come up for less than 30 seconds and then they both drop.
The 21V drops to about 12V and the 13V drops to about 8V.
they stay this way as long as the power cord is plugged in,,If i unplug the power cord, after about 3 sec or so the voltages return to there 21V and 13V until the main cap is drained at which point hey all drop to there respected 0V condition.
So my Question is.. with nothing else other than the power cord hooked to this PCB is this normal behavior?

Dell E7450 LA -A961P - diagnostics after flooding and damaged PD817, PD5 diodes
    by bpjl
    Hi,

I have La-A961P Rev: 1.0 (A00) from a flooded laptop on the table. The computer was flooded with tea and at the same time the power supply was disconnected, the battery was removed immediately and the laptop was turned upside down.

I looked at the mainboard, but I don't see any marks of water damage. Maybe the liquid did not reach MB, or maybe I just don't see it.
During the inspection, I noticed a burned (charred on one side) double diode PD817.

    Voltage drops during PD817 measurements:
    - PIN1-PIN3 forward biased = 0.137V...

Asus G512LI VCCCore raise and drop
    by battery.12v
Hello guys, Asus G512LI, came with 3.3V drop down immediately .... 5V was stable ... after search and work found that +3VSUS_MUX is the issue (caused by U4701A TUSB1146RNQR) , left off the ic .. 3.3V came up again stable ... after power on laptop turn on for 3 seconds and power off ... VCCcore raise 0.9V for 1.5 seconds and drop down all other voltages do same thing ... Ram voltage , Gpu voltages, concerning VCCGT 0V all the time

    MacBook - 2021 A2485 - 16 inch - 820-02100-A - No Boot / No Power
    by applejuice95
Hi there, currently working on 820-02100-A logic board - No boot Chime, no Power on. - Very Minor Liquid Exposure - All cleaned with IPA , did a partial ultrasonic as well . Clean and dry.

MagSafe - Orange light cycles off then back on every 5-7 seconds
    USB-C Ports - All 3 get to 19.9V/20V - .5A then Cycle ever 5 seconds.

All 4 CD3218 Chips have been checked at their LCD-CORE 3V5 and 1V5 lines at the local Capacitor, all are getting 1.5 and 3.5V But each have a different Voltage drop when the board cycles.. See below

    Drop-in replacement for STR-W6052S?
    by tfm
The main board of this LG washing and drying machine was damaged due to overvoltage. It is rated for 127V and was powered on 380V.

Inicial visual inspection revealed that only some components at the input of the SMPS were damaged:

Ironically, both fuses are intact. Probably the X2 cap and the bridge are also damaged. The whole board is immersed in an epoxy resin. I am removing it so I get access to the components.

The SMPS is built around an STR-W6052S, which is discontinued and I can't get a replacement....

HP Elitebook 840 G3 keeps rebooting
    by Rockton
I have an HP 840 G3 that will not turn on.
It seems to be stuck in an early boot cycle.
As soon as power cord is plugged in, it starts what seems like a 2 second cycle before it resets and starts it again.
If I hold the power button for 12 seconds. The computer orange light stays on but it become non responsive to the power button and some power rails shut off.

When the resets, some voltages briefly drop.
5.v drops to something like 4.8
    3.3 drops to 3.1
    12v drops to 11.8. Etc.

I have tried reflashing Bios via USB...
