    Hi all.
Can you help me to diagnose it please? Is it LCD panel damaged or one of logic boards?

I believe it's one of the tab drivers on the panel. There is a possible fix for it but for how long I don't know.
    Search Youtube for how to.

Willing to help but I'm no expert.

Photos of the rear of the TV will help so we could see how the boards are interconnected. In particular pictures of the T-CON Bd. Does your T-CON Bd. the LVDS cable coming from the Main Bd. into the T-CON Bd and are there two (2) FFC coming out of the T-CON Bd to go into the LEFT and RIGHT Panel Bds or is it just one (1) FFC???

Try cleaning the ribbon cables that go from the screen to TCON and fit them tightly!

After some research, a bit of tape did the trick.
