This set appeared to be dead with no standby light. Not all that old and came with remote and user booklet. Probably a nice easy PSU fix I thought but on opening it up all looked good. Plugged it in and switched on to immediately notice backlights quickly blinking on and off. Only a single strand out to LEDs so took voltage only getting to around 40v so disconnected led lead and PSU then putting out around 125v reasonably steady. With leds reconnected then disconnected main from PSU and LEDs still blinking. So further work required to get to the leds and then chase up replacement/s etc and my quick fix is going to take a lot longer than I thought!

Re: TEAC DLE3290HD LED easy fix...yeahhh!
Well the best laid plans of mice and men and the word ass u me have appeared at my workplace. Pulled screen apart to see what led/s not working only to find all are OK and blinking away merrily!! Will now try and trace/check circuit components on PSU which may be overloading as I doubt its the main board given previous testing. Thoughts ???Last edited by maxvalutech; 03-29-2018, 07:04 PM. -
Re: TEAC DLE3290HD LED easy fix...yeahhh!
As I was fixated on led problem I only checked voltage on main caps which OK at around 350v then checked output on led connector leading to a misdiagnosis. As it turns out those areas about only ones working ! No voltages at all on main board connector ! Had to remove PSU to find pin info underneath. Can't find schematic of this Leke LK-PL320106A but see it has mainly capXon and a couple of Aisha caps. Diodes 4 topside right on the PSU had voltage and read OK those 3 on bottom had no voltage and no.3 is suspect. No replacement where I am now anyway but I have just been offered 2 large non working sets so will see what materialises with them.Comment

by PipolupsHi there !
I'm having an issue for several weeks with my quite old K70 LUX RGB keyboard. I haven't used it for few months, and once I setup up again my desktop computer, I got several dead LEDs on that keyboard. I tried the Corsair troubleshooting thing (disabling options in iCUE, ...) but nothing changed so I conclude that for some reason some LEDs went in retirement...😅
Decision taken to change these LEDs as I have access to desoldering iron and binocular magnifier, I wrote a ticket to tech support, hopping to obtain the LEDs reference and... They refused to tell me 🙄...10-08-2024, 11:58 AM -

by JuanLI can't get the laptop to start. When pressing on, the laptop stays with the LEDs blinking 1 white and 3 yellow.
According to google this is due to the RTC battery. It was on 2.9 VCD and I have changed it for a new one, but it remains the same.
I have removed the M.2 NVME disk, I have also changed from slot 1 to 2, the only 8 GB slot RAM module, but I can't get out of this point.
The motherboard is an LA-G717P
What else could it be?
Thanks for the help and Happy New Year.01-10-2022, 12:54 AM -
