TCL 49pcsfs TV

Am looking for the firmware for this TV, Its displaying "starting smart system please wait..." and freezing.
I have tried to factory reset, but it looks like its not possible to do so without accessing the menu.
What the solution?

Possibly problems with a recent firmware update. You can try a factory reset.

Thank you Andrew for the prompt reply, I am unable to view the image you have posted can you kindly attach it again when its larger. Also how can you factory reset when you cant access the menu settings.

Hi, I have checked the TV this model does not have a reset button like the one indicated on the diagram, but it has a dedicated USB serviced port.
Where can I get its firmware?

Here's the link to support/downloads. I didn't see anything on the 49pcsfs model. Can you post a pic of the back label?
