Cracked screen for sure. Liquid if flowing out/between the glass sheets. This could only happen if the screen was subject to a blow or was bent and cracked. A screen jost does not crack on its own.....Unless you have ghosts in the house.....

I wish I could say this was the case guys but ive not touched the tv since ive had it on my wall except for cleaning the screen once a month if that,

so this is an odd one that it would crack itself

Samsung curved screens do crack on their own. Plenty of stories on the net. The curved panel obviously has stress in it. Getting Samsung to admit it though......

You could try an email to Samsung, but I imagine the response will be the same as others.
You could also try and claim off your house insurance if you have accidental damage but that will harm future premiums.
Only other option is take the hit and never buy a curved screen again.

I did not know about the stress in the bezel thing that can crack a curved screen on these curved Samsung TVs. Well then yes it did crack on its own and probably amplified the stress as it is hanging from the wall.

samsung are saying that its been damaged even tho ive argued with them that it hasn't,

and ive stated there is loads of people online having the same issue as me

so ive contacted my insurance company today and awaiting there diagnostics

hi guys my insurance came back to me and offered me a replacement TV as the set was damaged beyond economical repair,

although I'm sure they could have replaced the screen,

so guys any suggestions on what to go for ? I'm in the uk :-)

Well, just snapped the back on another piece of crap less than 2 year old Samsung after giving the customer the bad news that the lower panel driver boards have so many shorts its not recoverable. Now if your tv takes even a subtle surge it not only takes out part of your main board/tcon board it keeps on going right into those lower panel driver boards and the customer doesn't want to pay my hourly fee to find shorted caps in parallel, fried resistors, and shorted diodes. We really started to see them roll in like this in the KS,MU,NU, RU, and now QN series Samsung's it seems they are deliberately...

Hi Team - just joined to see if anyone can offer some expertise in diagnosing an issue with a TV.

I've done a few hours googling and youtubing but just seeing if anyone has any insight here. I got a 55" Samsung UE55MU6470U which seems to boot loop and then after 10 mins will boot, work for a few minutes, then turn off and repeat.

Whilst it's on into the normal Samsung menu/boot screen it looks perfect - so I can't see there being any screen issues. I've seen lots of videos with taping across clock lines to diagnose which particular one may be an issue but i don't...

                                    Hi Guys,
I got in this set that keeps restarting on switch on. I never get an image, i only see back lights on and off and the startup sound of Samsung and then it starts up all over doing the same thing.
The set has one big flat ribbon going to the scalar board from the main board. I figured that the set is shutting down because of error feedback signals feeding back to the main board.
I blanked off a certain section on the ribbon and got the TV to start up but it is a very milky white picture. I experimented blanking off different sections but to no avail.
                                    I think...

Samsung Bn4400612b Power Supply issue takes out a new 5A fuse on my Samsung UN50F6300, without any the BL or main board cables connected. Please advise if this board has known issues and fixes. There are no evident fried components and the caps look ok. Nothing unusal on the bottom side of the board under magnification. Is the ICM801CS under that heat sink a known issue? SJ (https://www.shopjimmy.com/samsung-bn...-1473373576096) out of stock, so component level repair may be my best shot. Thanks.
