LG plasma rainbow bar accross top

Few tvs were in a house hit by lightning.

This one was fine for a month, now i get this rainbow effect on the top row, can unplug that ribbon and rest of tv is fine.

Would this be caused by buffer or ymain? or how do i know if the panel is bad??
