Samsung PN59D8000FF Plasma - Grainy Picture

We have a Samsung model pn59d8000FF that now has a snowy or dark and grainy picture. Here's what we we did initially:

TV would not power. Ymain had shorts. Replace Ymain and got the dark picture. Ordered an Xmain from shopjimmy and no change. Checked both the old and the xmain from shopjimmy for shorts on the transistors and all is good.

Voltages are:

VS 217v
VA 55V
VE 117V -- (should be 95)

Is this a bad panel?

Have you tried to run the test patterns? Unplug ldvs cable coming from mainboard and jumper pins 3 and 4 on control board.

I have unhooked the lvds cable and jumpered pins 3 and 4. All I get is a steady blinking green light on the logic board.

I apologize, I would like to make a correction. I did unhook the LVDS cable and I am getting a test pattern on the screen. The picture is still snowy but there is a test pattern. Thank You
