Sony KV24fs120 with 2 blinks.

I am servicing a Sony KV24fs120 which displays 2 blinks and does not start up.
I have checked the flyback transformer,HOT transistor, R589,R591,R592,R593,R594,R595,C514 and C672 and they have all tested ok.

Look at the PWM IC...I think it is the Long one at the bottom left of your pics.

check ic702 ic on the c board (crt neck board), disconnect the suppy voltage to it and see if the error goes away, if it does the ic is shorted, I also remember D503 & D504 sometimes shorting but my guess is ic702 TDA6108

I have seen this IC 600 replaced in Sony televisions with 4 blinks.I changed R595 a 470k 1/4w resistor in a KV24fs120 with 2 blinks some time ago,but Sony televisions can be difficult to troubleshoot sometimes.

I was looking at the wrong schematic, its ic2751 on the CW (neck board) unplug cn2751 and cn2752 and see if error goes away (you wont have a picture) I dont remember but either the +200 is shorted or +9 is shorted by the ic
I also replaced a couple D615 MA7D50 diode in power supply secondary

This board does not contain D503 &D504 but I will check ic1751 on the cv board.

I was looking at a manual for the 27fs100 not the 24fs120, (its only been about 13 years ago)
Now that I'm looking at the right manual, check IC1751 on CV (crt neck) board
You can check by unpluging cn1751 or cn1752
If thats not it check D505, D506 and maybe D514 & D515
