you could try running the test patterns and see if runs smoothly.
WHY CAN'T PHILIPS USE PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWS?

In the test pattern it does same things so it's not the main board.psu model is bn44-00515a

if all of your voltages are remaining stable (command, vs, va, v-scan, -vy etc.), then to me it looks like your control board has issues then. hopefully some others can let us know if this might be right or not.

Well the TV is running the voltages seem to stay what they're supposed to be but then it just shuts off and tries restarting just does it it over and over sometimes I will restart and run for a bit. So would this be a power supply issue or is it something else that turns off power supply

re solder even if they look good all parts that are fitted on too the heat sinks on the power supply as these are known to crack over time and cause this type of issue.

I will go over the solder joints today try it out tomorrow. Yeah I don't understand what would cause the intermittent power issues want to try to power on a few times that I have to unplug it for a little bit plug it back in and I will run again anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes

Hi there is a video chip that can cause that issueand sometimes a cap on the psu causes such issues. I'd forsure resolder all the connections that you can and then see how the set works. You may wish to try some freeze it later.

Update tv is working for last 24hrs. As suggested I retouched all solder joints. They really didn't look bad but guess it's that fussy. Thanks for the help.

Has it been holding up for you? Own the same TV, had the full power supply replaced 2 times under warranty, 3rd time post warranty and it is doing the same as yours the 4th time.

The prior 3 were new power supply boards, but if this is all it is, much simpler. Will try on mine and see how it works.
