Can you check the DCV between the two legs of the filter cap C6801? That will be the Voltage that is fed to the Voltage Boost converter for driving the LED's strings.
Also need the Voltage rating of the cap C6801 and C6804, it is printed on the body of the caps.

It's not easy to open the panel and it's easily damaged if you are not careful. A tech may cost a lot of money though, so it's entirely up to you.

Thanks for advised tom, since i am not much expert so i am afraid if i open LCD panel it may damage inside panel or its totally safe to open panel? Or you think i should call some tec ppls to fix my tv, waiting for your reply,

Perhaps, if you are brave enough to remove 60" LCD panel, it is worth checking the LEDs in the backlight and see if they are okay.
You should be able to test them using a 3-4V power supply, some multimeters will also do this.

I did not look in details to see if the backlights can be forced on or not to help narrowing down the board. Most power supplies and backlights cicuits can be forced using resistors between standby power supply output pin and BL-ON, and PS-ON pin.

I look through those service manual, it does not say what the normal Voltage should be if there is no backlights error.

Anyone? Any help on this issue? I need help to find which board have fault so i replace that board only, since i need to buy from ebay so first make sure which is faulty, kindly help me on this point,

As per chassis GND in BAXL i have no idea where is JL9106* & i need to check how much out put with what range of Multi meter set,

Dear budm, i had check PSU & BAXL with below results,
Multi Meter Range set on 20 DC

CN6401: on PSU
Pin 1 = 3.5 V after turn on tv it goes 0.00 V
Pin 2 to 5 = 0.00 V
Pin 6 to 8 = 12.7 V after turn on tv it goes 0.00 V
Pin 9 to 14 = 0.00 V

as per chassis GND it says Check JL9106* at (BACKLIGHT_MON) of CN9101 on the BAXL Board
so below is CN9101 resluts
Pin 1 = 3.54 V after turn on tv 3.54 V is still there
Pin 2 to 5 = 0.00
Pin 6 = 3.56 after turn on tv it goes 0.00 V
Pin 9 to 11 = 12.71 after turn on tv it goes 0.00 V
Pin 12 to 15 = 0.00 V

any advise will be highly appreciated,

Rurn in the TV and check the DC Voltage on the power supply connector CN6401 pin 3 (BL-ERROR), and pin 5 (BL-ON) with reference to the chassis GND.

wHAT DO YOU HAVE ON Power supply board CN6401 BL_ERROR pin 3, BL-ON pin 5?
So far your LED connector readings do not show open circuit.

CN6801:
Pin 1=90 V, after turn tv on it drop slowly 89...88..87......3.2.1
Pin 2=90 V, after turn tv on it drop slowly 89...88..87......3.2.1
Pin 3=90 V, after turn tv on it drop slowly 89...88..87......3.2.1
Pin 4=90 V, after turn tv on it drop slowly 89...88..87......3.2.1

CN6802:
Pin 1=13.5 V, after turn tv on it drop slowly 12...11..10......3.2.1
Pin 2=13.7 V, after turn tv on it drop slowly 12...11..10......3.2.1
Pin 3=13.6 V, after turn tv on it drop slowly 12...11..10......3.2.1
Pin 4=13.6 V, after turn tv on it drop slowly 12...11..10......3.2.1
Pin 5=0.00 V,

Higher voltage needed. Could be up to 200V - careful, high voltage.
Also will need to see the labels near thjose connectors.

The most likely fault is an open circuit LED in the LED strip.

If this is the case the output voltage will go high then shut down, and one of the cathode pins will measure a higher voltage than normal.

6 red flashes- backlight issue, bad main board, or power board or inverter boards- check standby volts on power board. "backlight on" volts should be 3-5v from main logic board then 24v to inverter

Maybe forget this above as just realised your set is a led tv this this 6 blink code maybe for the older ccfl type tv im sure tom will confirm as it mentions inverter
