D6803 is a dual diode common Cathode. Put the meter probe between the middle pin (Cathode) and either one of the two outer pins (the two outer pins are connected together, they are Anode).

Noted, Thanks budm, will post results here accordingly, BTW i need to check D6803 with meter set on ohm & diode mode, i can test it while put each probe of the meter on D6803 right? since D6803 have 3 legs, sorry noobi questions, hope you don't mind,
    Thanks.

You need to test that diode to see if it has low resistance reading in both directions or not. So TV unplug and set meter to Ohm mode, also test it in diode mode too. If that diode is bad you will not get boosted Voltage.

    @tom many thanks bro,
@budm once again thank you very much.
OK so when TV goes into shutdown mode with 6-Blinking code, that power supply section (the big transformer T6501) that provide the 90V for the LED Voltage booster circuit and the 12V power supply is shutdown.
So did you check the diode D6803 that TOMM66 pointed out to see if it is OK or not?

Please also check the DCV between the two legs of the filter cap C6401 to see if the Voltage goes up and then goes back down or not.

It's worth checking that D6803 isn't shorted, it's the diode for the boost converter part of the board. I've seen these diodes fail before and they cause various faults, usually low boost output voltage.

so does it means i need to replace these both (CAP C6801 & CAP C6802) or i should buy other PSU?
your all help is highly appreciated, since i almost gave up from my tv but you give it a big Hope, God bless you bro,
    Thanks.
OK, you are getting about 90V on those filter caps, so 90V is the feeding Voltage to the booster circuit but its is not working, for it to work it will need BL-ON and Dimming control signals from the main board. That is what you should check next, we are getting close to find out what is wrong with the TV, it is difficult without having the TV and the boards in front of me to troubleshoot.
BTW, check the REG 12V pin on the connector CN6401 to see if it goes up to 12V and then drops down or not.

    LCD panel model "ND4S600DNX0101".
No luck finding the spec. sheet.
    LED strips (16) 2014SONY 60A PLU1 3228 08 REV1.1
    http://www.usefulparts.com/tv-parts/...ny-kdl-60w630b
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sony-KDL-60W...item4b14aa7854
So it has 4 strings of LEDs, each string has 4 LEDs strips connected in series, each strip has 8 LEDs, so the total LEDs for one string is 8 LEDs x 4 strips = 32 LEDs, so if each LED has Vf of 3V that means the total Vf for each string is 32 LEDs x 3V = 96V, so the output of the boost converter should be at least 96V + Vdrops for the PWM Controlled MOSFET (there are four of them: Q6802~6805) which I estimate to be around 15~20V range so the output of the booster should be over 100V.
    Power supply/led DRIVER BOARD APS-374 (CH).Sony 1-474-586-12 GL2 PS
    Pictures provided by shojimmy.

So if the DCV reading on the capacitor C6801 shows 90V then we know that Voltage booster is not working.
You can check the Voltage of the CAP C6801 on the top side of the board by putting the Black probe of the meter on the middle leg of D6801, and the red probe on the middle leg of D6082.

BTW, please also look at the LCD panel for the model number of the LCD panel then we may be able to find the specification sheets that may tell us how many LEDs are used in the panel and what the Voltage requirement is for the LED's.

I have a feeling that your LED's are OK, but the booster circuit is not working, I expect to see more than 90VDC but not 100%sure since we do not have that much details information about this TV.

Not sure if filter cap is attached image, if so than below is reading i take while tv power on, but if filter cap is different than below image than your help will be appreciated to find & test further more,
    Thanks.

    CN6801:

    CN6802:
Pin 1=13.5 V, after turn tv on it drop slowly 12...11..10......3.2.1
Pin 2=13.7 V, after turn tv on it drop slowly 12...11..10......3.2.1
Pin 3=13.6 V, after turn tv on it drop slowly 12...11..10......3.2.1
Pin 4=13.6 V, after turn tv on it drop slowly 12...11..10......3.2.1
    Pin 5=0.00 V,
We already know what Voltage you have on the LED connectors, what I need is the dcv on the cap I listed above so we can find out if the boost converter is working or not. Please re-read my request again and look for those caps on that power supply board.
