Samsung UN55ES7500F - Free TV

This now tops my list of stuff I've gotten for free... There's not a mark on this and it's working perfectly! I have but two questions for this group. I've searched and don't find that there have been any posts on this model and can't find any decent pic's of the back of the set on the interweb so thought I'd ask here.

1. there's a port of some kind on the back of the camera/mic module at the top of the set. There's a piece of protective tape on it that looks like it was put there by the OEM but the whole thing just looks like it should have a cover on it. First of all - what is this port for? I find nothing in the manuals that I can find on-line. Second is there a cover for it?

2. Everything about this set seems to be working correctly except I can't get Netflix to connect (Amazon, Pandora, Hulu, etc. do). I've done a factory reset on the tv, I've updated Samsung Smart Hub. The option to "uninstall" Netflix is grayed out. Thoughts on this head scratchier?

Oh I just saw this on that page...
I guess that means all is normal and there's no cover.
I have the camera/motion/voice command working just fine.

The Netflix thing is a real puzzle

Solved... still a mystery but Netflix is working now. All I did since yesterday was this:
1. I had set up and checked all the inputs, got wired and wi-fi working and then checked the tuner using a DTV upconverter from air signal. the one I used only found 1 non digital signal (more on this later).
2. when I found the Netflix issue I performed a factory reset which drove an update to Samsung Smart Hub.
3. I killed power to the power strip it's plugged into last night when I stopped working in the garage.
4. today powered on the tv. Netflix still not working correctly.
5. wanted to check the tuner with a different DTV upconverter and in so doing ran the "setup" from the beginning (had to set the date and time - not sure if it was held in a CMOS or not and had to set it as part of setup or not.). This DTV box found plenty of Digital signals so that's working well and proved the tuner is working.
6. Checked the version of the Netflix app and then checked the version of the Samsung Smart Hub thing... when I did that it seemed to hang a second and then came back with the info. I noticed that there is a Netflix ESN on the Smart Hub info so decided to check and see if Netflix was now working - It Is.

I gotta say... this TV is AWESOME. ~5 years ago new, from what I see, this would have been $3,400 what is it worth today? Again, fully functional, bright, not a mark on it.

Thanks to Budm for pointing me to the obvious. I was looking for a picture pointing out what that was for and perhaps how to actually adjust the camera etc. so overlooked that comment below the graphic on pg 12.

Make sure to turn down the Backlights level (not Brightness) to as low as possible to extend the LED life span. Since each input may have its own picture setting, make sure to look at the Backlights level setting for each input.

Thanks Bud... done. It was on 11 out of 20. That was on the main menu under picture. I'll be sure to check it once I start using it with input sources. Thanks again for the tip and all the advice you put out there for us.

Just wanted to say, I scored a free one of these too!! It was restarting randomly on the PO and he replaced the Power Supply then got tired of the issues and gave it away.

Jumped on it luckily and found out the WIFI module fails and can cause this issue... disconnected it and voila! TV is primo!

Going to possibly order a new module or just not worry about the 'smart' part of the tv.
