    Samsung UE32F5000AK Backlight issue

Hi I have been reading other threads but Im getting odd reading on the CNL802

With cable in CNL802 and connected to backlight readings are.
    1+ =200v fluctuating to below 180v
    1- = 0v
    2+ =0v
    2- =0v
    3+ =0v
    3- =0v
    4+ =0v
    4- =0v

With cable removed from connector readings are
    1+ =200v fluctuating to below 180v
    1- = 0v
    2+ =0v
    2- =0v
    3+ =0v
    3- =0v
    4+ =0v
    4- =100v fluctuating to below 80v

Would this be a strip issue or powerboard?

I've got some individual leds cut out that you can stack if you cant find strips.
