Hey there, I have read the giant post about 70" Vizio/Sharp panels etc, but needed some help diagnosing these symptoms as I hadn't found anything exactly like these symptoms. I scored this set on the side of the road and am hoping for a fix/workaround. Thanks in advance for your help, and see below for what I hope are very helpful images.

I have the same model Vizio with only one horizontal black line going across, and would just like to gain some insight into any possible fixes.

This is a bad panel, make sure to unplug the TV now to prevent possible T-con failure and you can try the tab removal "hack", though the fix is unlikely to be permanent. Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!
For service manual, schematic, boardview (board view), datasheet, cad - use our search.

And judging by the lines in your picture, in my experience you have bad tabs on both the right side and left side, and you can't remove both sides. I'd try removing just the "worst" side, the one with the wide band of shadow. Then you'd just be stuck with the lines on the other side.
