Well, screen shot would have given us the clues since these Sharp TVs are known for having bad panel. All you can do now is to take the Voltage readings on the connectors in the cold side when TV is plugged in but power switch is not activated, then check again after the power switch is activated.
Make sure to put down the pin name and follow by the Voltage reading for each pin so we can easily read the data.
At this point the Voltage readings will give us the clue to tell us what is going on.

BTW, you are 100% sure that there is no blinking codes on the two LED indicators?
