    LCD TV Backward

Hi Folks. I was wondering if the sheets for the panel are place in the incorrect order like in this order: on the LED backlight- stiff prism plexi- sheet, polarizer, diffuser as the sheets weren't marked to remember the order of removal. Would the TV backlight still pass through and show picture??

It believe that it would have noticable affect on the picture so I tape the layers together at the corners so the order cannot be mixed up.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

The thick one is first. I think you should get light through in any order.

Thanks for the responses Guys. I usually mark the layers when removing but never committed to memory the order. This panel came to me dismantled as the Owner felt he could repair it himself. He god cold feet midway though, and I was asked to assist him. I didn't want to look like a total idiot. Much appreciated.

SAMSUNG UN60JU7100 - Order of LED light diffuser sheets when re-assembling TV

I recently replaced an LED strip in my SAMSUNG UN60JU7100 TV. I managed to do that with little difficulty.

My problem is that I did not mark the order of the 3 diffuser sheets that go between the LED lights and the screen.

                There a 3 sheets

1 thick white opaque plastic (about 1mm) with a smooth side and a rough side

2 silvery translucent ones about the thickness of card stock
                A. One that is the same on both sides
                B....

AOC CQ27G2U/BK - in need of data sheets
                by David Stroe
I am trying to repair my monitor that shows image but the backlight is not turning on. I think either the power supply is not working properly or the LED strip is failing, which seems unlikely (the whole strip is off).

I really need help in finding the data sheets for this monitor's boards. The data sheets I need are for the following boards:

                Power Supply: 715GA907-P03-000-001S and 715GA721-P01-000-0H4K
                Main Board: 715G9500-M0C-B00-005K
                T-CON Board: 19Y_270_EU3MQ_SR_V02_HF

If someone could please provide any of these data sheets, it would be awesome....

                by Raulnn
Can you clean the internal sheets of a tv? I have a 58-inch TV and I don't know if it's worth cleaning the sheets. I have seen that it has dirt on the sheets and the leds are blown. I don't know if they look good when you clean the sheets. Thanks in advance.

                Tools - Order of purchase
                by Hexram
                Hey guys,

I am new to the electronics repair game & have stumbled into some tools to get my workshop (garage) started.

I managed to get my hands on a low budget multi-meter, soldering iron, de-soldering gun, oscilloscope and a variable voltage/amperage DC power supply.

With this being a new hobby i am thinking of investing in some tools to make it a little easier.

When i get paid next i was thinking of buying a Peak Atlas ESR 70 gold.

I am after suggestions on what order to buy things because i don't have the money...
