I have a Toshiba 46XV64U that blinks 3 times pauses blinks 3 times pauses then blinks 3 times again. After that it doesn't blink but it is able to turn on... Replaced a resistor on it and the relays on the power board. Everthing functions fine on the tv just does that 3 blinks thing

We need good clear sraight on pictures of back of tv with cover off and one of each board.
We also need the voltages from the power supply connectors.
Format:
Pin Label - Pin Voltage standby - Pin voltage power on
1 - XXXXXXX - XXv - XXXv
2 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
3 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
4 - etc.
Please remember we dont have the tv in front of us so we go from the information you provide us ie pictures voltage readings etc.
