Sceptre X322BV Turns On Logo Shows Then Goes Black

Sceptre X322BV-Hdr8WX2262P71 Turns On - See Logo - Then Off


When I press the power button the logo shows up for a second or two, then
disappears, the screen goes black, and after 5-10 seconds you can hear the
sound from the station it is tuned to playing through the speakers. I have a
multi-meter and can post pics. Where do I start?

Need good clear straight on pictures of back of tv with cover off and each board.

Need voltages from connector that goes from power supply board to main board. Will need pin#- PIN DESCRIPTION -Pin voltage in standby-Pin voltage when pushing power button and picture of connector on power supply board.
Format:
Pin# - Pin Description - Pin Voltage standby - Pin voltage power on
1 - XXXXXXX - XXv - XXXv
2 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
3 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
4 - etc.
