    Philips plasma tv

    I have a 50PF7521D/10 with a Y MAIN board faulty

    The problem is it has the 4 zeners faulty (short circuit),can someone knows what are the part number or the zener voltage ???

    on the zener diodes it was marked P758ST but I cant 't find anything on google

    attached you can find the part number of board and where the zener is located

      I believe these are the ones 755-UDZSTE-1733B (33 volt). Looks like 36 volt zeners would also work

          Common failure. Unknown as to why this happens but usually that repairs the ymain back to normal operation
          Did I leave the soldering iron on?

              Are you sure it's a 36volts zener,because on the FUSE (F5004) that was blow up their was at around 700v dc.

                  Dear members,

                  I have a linear variable power supply with unknown brand name that I used for voltage injection.
                  Then it failed. I discovered that its transistors (Q1 and Q2) are shorted.
                  In addition, I discovered that its zener diodes are defective.
                  I can replace the burned transistors.
                  But I do not know the model of the zener diodes. the model number is not marked on the zener diodes.
                  Therefore, I cannot replace the zener diodes.
                  I do not want to test the zener diodes in a test circuit to discover their model or value.
                  no schematics are available...

                  Hi. I need help from wiser guys. I am amateur in electronics and can't figure this out by myself.
                  I bought faulty speakers, M-Audio AV40's. Other speaker has all the electronics in it and the other speaker is just passive one powered by the other speaker's amp. Original problem with the speakers was loud buzzing. I figured out that there is something wrong with the capacitors. I went ahead and replaced every electrolytic capacitor on the PCB. The caps are good quality and have the same values as the original ones.

                  My Plasma Philips 37inch chassis FTL2.1 does no picture ,and goes into protection mode after 30 seconds (red led blinks at 3Hz).


                  Can someone has any symptom like this ?

                  Hi, I'm looking for a bit of help trying to fix the audio unit from a Maestro Mayhem 4.1 gaming chair please.

                  The chair has a few speakers and vibration motors. All was well, for a while, but now the sound is gone.

                  It may be significant that I discovered my son was powering it with a 19V laptop charger when it should run on 12V - it did fully work, for bit.

                  I think an issue could be a zener diode (or capacitor) which has shorted out.

                  The board's bluetooth input still works, the vibration motors are working, so is the line out socket but not the...

                  Hello, guys!

                  The same 32" Philips TV I was having video issues, but now I don't have standby led at all. Someone here shared with me the schematic of the power supply, and checking the voltages, I see right after the resistor R604 I'm getting 1.6 v which is too low for enabling the Gate of the Q601 mosfet (the diagram says 4.2). On the R614 resistor I'm getting 181 V in and 117 V out, then through R603 I'm getting the same 117 V in and 59.9 V out, finally getting the latter voltage in the R604 BUT getting just 1.6 V out, which is the voltage that goes on to the Gate of the Q601...
