What is the p/n of the IC (16-pin, ICS801?) that drive the two power MOSFETs for the Vs power supply?
So the two replacement MOSFETs for the VS power supply has Source to Drain shorts (<1 Ohms) on both of them when tested off the board? Cap CS801 is OK?
Caps CS809, 810 dc blocker/coupling caps are OK?
The two MOSFETs use Gate drive transformer so for both of them to be on at the same time is not possible, something has bias on both MOSFETs on at the same time some how to cause the problem .

Thanks Budm can you take over as you are on the same time zone and this should be fixed by now, ICS801 ( MC33067) is working as he has power through the drive transformer, PFC voltage to Source QS801is there other wise they would not blow.Gate drive Zenners (LM3Z22VT1G 22v 5ma) should be showing 22V to both gates QS801/2

Mosfets are shorted. How do I test cs801 cs809 cs810? Only have multimeter. Both mosfets are removed and I have 22v on gate qs801 and 54v on gate qs802

With psu on I have 14v across cs809 cs810 . Cs801 has nothing
