    TV turns on to vertical lines (see pic) after about a minute or less, TV clears up and stays that way until it is turned off and back on.

    Clean and re-seat T-CON Bd to Panel cables.

        Hot or cold does it have the lines each time it is turned on?
        I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

          Correct, unplugged for days, or turn on and off does the same and clears up.
