Thanks for your reply. I'm attaching the file i've read from the SPI flash chip with the fault (no display on screen), hope someone can see or compare it.
I have tried re-flashing the same file back on the same chip and on another (new) chip, but fault remains. Also tried fitting a chip from a 50" Digihome tv and as expected worked but with some issues like inverted picture and un-steady picture (flickering).
Hello forumers and cheers to all!
I am hoping to find software for LG 42LF11UA TV North American market.
I believe there's no problem with power board and or T-Con, the problem is either Mstar (IC100) chip or its corrupt software. I was able to de-solder FLASH chip and read it out/scan for bad blocks. If you could kick me in the right direction and/or throw some software for this model, I would be much appreciative of your generous contribution.
Thanks.
On a side note regarding this LG TV set, the main board appears to be dead and there's no indicator lights, however XTAL 12Mhz is alive and I was able to simulate backlight turn on, so inverter is also good. There's a short period of activity at power on (plug inserted into AC outlet) on BIOS EEPROM chip data lines, so maybe it needs re-flashing too. I could post dumps of those chips here for your review.
Thanks.

I hope someone could inspect those attached bin files and tell if they are valid.
Thanks.
