Hi, everyone. Television stuck on "BUSH" welcome screen.
Red light flashing continuously.
Power Supply working fine... 3.3 vol. still on 25L1606E.
Therefore, I think that reprogramming of SPI Flash should sort out the problem.
Looking for a BIN file for this TV.

Heated for 1 min at 230 degrees. Nothing. Still the same problem...

TV not turning ON. When you turn TV ON, RED light up and stay solid. When you push ON button, RED light blinks 2 times and stay solid. Then blinks 2 times again and stay solid. And does this all the time.
PS.: Backlight I checked with the mainboard from Panasonic TV. Backlight working, just can't turn ON the TV.Leave a comment:

Thanks for coming back to me.
Yes, there are 3.3v on the chip (EEPROM). 12v and 5v are on the board as well.
The red light is on and blinking 2 short times in intervals.
