Can someone make a tutorial about how to change Remote Control in a Mstar NOT SmartTV dump file? here is a PDF with some details. It´s very interesting how to fix the checksum of the Dump

This is the hard way, hacking the binary, we need the application they use to program the MSD chips... but everything is keep secret by those companies, they do not care the huge mountains of waste they create with those 90 days warranty TV that most of them fail in the first year and good luck if you need warranty service, as they do not respond or hang the phone to you.

Looking for the data dump from a Bush LE-40GCL-A1 with the main board TP.SIS231.PT751 with any screen model (as they only did one screen for this model T400D3-HA24-DY1).
I know our Russian friends have it here: h***s://****************/dump/lcd_pdp_tv/prochee/bush_le_40gcl_a1_w_shassi_main_board_tp_sis231_pt751/248-1-0-106714 at remont
but obviously I cannot register with them to gain access to the site unfortunately.

The tv doesn't power on (led blink and stay red).

This new file does not change nothing, TV doesn't start.
After flashing the 25q40 i verify the data and it was good. I also put status register to 0x88 and 0x42 after writing using NeoProgrammer 2.2.0.10
After starting the TV, now the 25q40 content is not exactely the same : from address 0006F000 to 0006F17D 0xFF are replaced by other values and from address 00070000 to 00070DDF initial values are replaced by 0xFF

And what's the problem with the TV, if it hangs on the splash screen, then sometimes the eeprom firmware helps, if that doesn't help, then you need to reprogram emmc + spi and eeprom.

Well, 5 blinks, it can be anything, the backlight lights up when the mainboard is disconnected from the power supply.
