    philips 42pfl3605/12 power board problem

    I have a philips 42pfl3605/12 with chassis tpm4.1e

It al started with no power up.
When i opened the back it whas sure that the famous IC905 was blown out.

I replaced IC905 but still no power. nothing at all, even not 5V

So after searching en measuring i found that trafo T904 also was broken
And suddenly after replacing the 5V was back

    But still no power up

When i bridge the 5v with S/B its still doing nothing,
There is also a ENA , can i bridge that one to power up the powerboard ?

or someone has a tip to search the problem ?

    S/B : 2.8v
    ENA: 1.9V
    DIM: 2.6V
    5V: 5V
    12V: 0V

          thx for the reply

the only thing i dont understand is that there is 5 v going in and 3.3 volt going out
It's like the 3.3v dont fully reach the s/b and ena output
