Samsung 46Inch LED TV

I have samsung 46 inches Led tv. There was no display it showing black screen with back light. i removed Right side panel cable from t-con board it shows half video with some lines and 17Volts on that connector and right connector also. i fix it again and i removed left side cable but when i connect there was no 17Volts in both connectors found on t-con board and its not showing video even half. i have doubt on T-con board. anyone having any idea ?

Where is the test point for that 17VDC? It sounds to me you may have shorted circuit in the LCD panel assembly if you lose the Voltage to the panel when BOTH ribbon cables are connected.

Thanks for replying. I found 17VDC on 5,6,7 pins in both panel connectors on T-Con Board. But if i connect Right side cable The 17VDC is losing in both connectors ( Left & Right )

Pin 5,6,7 pins of the connectors (there are two of them that goes to the LCD panel) that goes to the LCD panel? I am talking about between the LCD panel and the T-CON board, not the LVDS connector of the T-CON board that goes to the Main board connector. Is that what you are referring to?
Try checking the resistance between those pins with ref to GND when all the cables in place and when the cables are removed.
As you can see in your picture, two connectors on the top edge of the board, one LVDS connector on the bottom edge of the board.

I checked the resistance on both its not showing any short circuit.

The picture of the board is not clear enough to read the labels of those two pins on the right side, they look like VCOM????
What are the numbers as printed on the barcode sticker of YOUR board?

TV Model is Samsung 46" - UE46D6100SE. I just close it because its taking lot of place on my working table. I will open it and get the resistance value.
