    need samsung T-CON board schematics

    Hi
    i need schematics of T-CON Board, BN 41-01797

    There is a lining on screen but if i touch somewhere near t-con IC SM4152 pict. looks ok , i also need pdf of IC SM4152.
    I have upload a image of board .

      Dont waste your time--Replace the board complete, I seriously doubt you'll source a scheme for it anyway, Sams--like 'em all--dont supply any to anyone...

      There's been some Horrible work done on that board--just get another and be done with!

                  I bought two t-cons for UN40EH5000 model tv both are not working ones. It has SM4152 ic. this IC is not giving any voltages like Von , voff, AVDD. HAVDD.. could you please share if you have this datasheet.

                      Hi There,

                      This TV was auto switching off after few seconds with some vertical lines on the screen, so got a new TCON board and replaced it.

                      After replacing the TCON board it was working fine and i set it up with everything, used for few hours, then had the bright idea to update the software on it. During the update process, TV switched off and now no audio or video. No relay switch sound.

                      I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

                      Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

                      I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

                      The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

                      With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

                      I have a Sharp LC-46D85UN TV that has had a main board issue. Since this model is from 2009, I am not able to find an exact replacement of the main board. Instead, I decided to see if I can future proof this tv by getting a Universal Main Board (T53U21.2) from China to work with the Sharp TCON (CPWBX4291TPZA) and panel. The universal main board supports a 8 bit dual channel LVDS interface whereas the TCON requires a 10 bit dual channel LVDS input. I have modded the LVDS connector to match...

                      I hope this is the right forum to post in despite not technically being a repair, but still a question of swapping boards.

                      I thought I'd explore the possibility to upgrade an existing working Samsung ue55nu7096u with the logic board (and power board if needed) of a newer model (ue55ru7105k) of the same size and appearance (and resolution). The reason being I'd like the extra inputs of that board including component in, an extra HDMI port and bluetooth. Its panel is broken so I have no use for the board otherwise.

                      The models launched in 2018 and 2019 respectively....

                      Summary for TL-DR readers:
                      • Backlight is intermittent, may come on with TV boot or not. No flickering, never fails during TV on.
                      • Have obtained Samsung schematic & service documents - Can upload if helpful.
                      • Have read ALL applicable threads
                      • C1818 and CP820 replaced as low hanging fruit
                      • CN802 data taken for normal and failed BL operation. SUMMARY: Pin 2 - 5vDet = 3.52 @normal, 0.0 @BL fail. Pin 6 - EPWM = 1.631 @normal, 1.058 @BL fail.
